The lifts can be a bit slow during peak times, resulting in some waiting.

I encountered a minor issue during my stay regarding the concierge service. When I sought information about public transport schedules, the concierge seemed disinterested and provided a curt response without making eye contact, demonstrating a lack of attentive customer service.

the fairfield inn was very comfortable - with clean rooms and great beds. the location is fantastic - super close to the breakfast area. the staff went above and beyond to fix a mistake, and there were complimentary drinks at 5 pm every day.

I had my heart set on exploring Central Park, so I chose Fairfield Inn solely for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the American cuisine at the onsite restaurant.

Despite the many pros of this hotel, there are some occasional inconveniences with elevators that can lead to long wait times, especially on the higher floors.

We were right in the heart of Times Square, close to Broadway shows and the bustling energy of the city. We also hit up Madison Square Garden for a concert and loved how easy it was to get there. Plus, being near all those subway lines made it a breeze to explore the city.

We wished the hotel had a bit more of a happening vibe for young party-goers, like maybe a cool rooftop hangout spot or a DJ spinning some beats in the lobby.

Everything was good, the parking was nearby, the room was silent. The buffet breakfast option was good.
